I couldn't find this in the FAQ...is income from a friendly split between the two teams?

Are their any other costs? Travel expenses etc.

no travel expense ticket sales are split 50/50

Tickets also sell for 50% less than a normal game. Unless I read it wrong, in which case I've wrong for quite a while now.
