I'm a newbie, and on thing that the FAQ's didn't really answer is what are collecting flags and how do u get them?

1. be a supporter.

You collect the flags of the countries you have played a team from that in a friendly game in their arena.
You can only see those flags under your arena on the club page if you are a supporter. Without being a supporter the flags are stored but not shown.
