How do you train OL? Footwork?Blocking? Sheer strength?

Find the strength cap, then blocking and afterwards footwork.

I did train agility, so all my OLs got 10, but with the announcement that agility will be limited by weight and height I doubt it is important for an OL (or DL for that matter).

I would probably train stamina to 10-12 and the change to tactical skills, since it can't hurt to get them to 10ish.

Tactical skills seem to be important only in the passing game.
