I keep getting youth players for positions I am already set in, is there a way or some trick to getting players of a different positions or how do I just let youth players rotate out?

Youth Players generally don't have a very high rating (BPOS) so they can change position fairly easily, based on their skills. So it's not necessary to pick players just because of their current "natural" position.

Don't worry about it...the positions listed don't matter. Play them wherever you want them/think they would be a good fit.

It will take around 11 games to gain a half point of BPOS. Given that BPOS usually varies from .5 to 1.5, it's pretty easy for any new position to overtake the initial BPOS.

Does Talent influence how fast a player can increase the BPOS? My Player with 5*Talent got every 7-8 Games 0,5* for BPOS.

Admin has stated that higher talent means greater chance of increasing bpos quicker... so you would assume higher talent would explain what your seeing yes... but as with everything, there is a bit of 'spice' in it..

I have only tracked BPOS for about ten players, and most of them had similar talent (between 2.5 and 4 stars). But all of them took exactly 11 games to gain a 1/2 point of BPOS. If spice is affecting BPOS, I'm on a long streak of coIncidence.

There is spice since I have a couple of players that have roughly played the same amount of matches and one of them have out gained the other in BPOS increases.

My guess is that it works like either:

1. What is team chemistry?
Team chemistry is the indicator how well the player is “gelled” with his team. Anything lower than 5 stars (meaning team chemistry 20), and the players performance is impaired. With team chemistry 1 (a newly bought or pulled player has a team chemistry of 1) a player plays about 30% worse. Each game the player plays ads 1 to the team chemistry. Players that are experienced can get 2 team chemistry points each game they play. Each point of team chemistry reduces the negative performance by 1.5%.

Or as:

3. How much experience do the players gain in a match?
Each friendly game a player has 50% chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each official game a player has 75% of chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each AFLC game a player has 100% to gain a point of experience plus 50% to gain another.

Or a combination of both.
