I just got a rookie and am wondering where to put him, he is a QB atm but should play well at DB. Just curious as to what you guys think.

SKILLS
Positioning 5 Tackling 1 Punting 5
Vision 1 Blocking 2 Speed 13
Intelligence 13 Passing 2 Strength 15
Footwork 2 Catching 2 Agility 5
Carrying 4 Kicking 3 Stamina 2
Teamwork 16 Consistency 13
1½ Talent

He's 16 so he has time to change.

And yeah I know the formatting is difficult to read

Right now, he looks like just another average rookie to me. His states are quite good but if he is a natural QB, its best to play him in that capacity. Either keep him on the bench and train him up or sell him, but I personally wouldnt get too excited about him just yet!

With Special Teams being implemented next season, why not make him your Punter?

put him as a cornerback or DL...he is strong and fast enough to be a defensive linemen. I'll say LB but his tacking needs some work. Has the build for a outside LB though.

i got this 16 year old QB

Pascal Rabelink (ID 29928)
16 years old Quarterback

SKILLS
Positioning 1 Tackling 4 Punting 1
Vision 2 Blocking 3 Speed 8
Intelligence 8 Passing 7 Strength 7
Footwork 1 Catching 2 Agility 5
Carrying 5 Kicking 4 Stamina 2

Teamwork 7 Consistency 2 Weeks at club 12

What does he need most (training i mean) im now training him in passing
My other QB is 25 and better at speed, strength en intelligence, but only got 5 passing. With one would you have playing in the league?

I'd train vision.

What is the consistency of the other player? If it's higher than 2, I'd play him.

It would be tempting to try him at RB ... I think the best option is probably work on tackling and stick him at DL, vision is less important there than at LB and he has the speed and strength to be dominant there

Yeah, other has higher consistency, so shall i train passing to 10 and then go on vision? He's only 16, so when he's 25 he can be good can't he?

With regards to Pascal Rabelink:

Do you really want a QB with such a low Consistency?

Also, I assume a QB need Intelligence which you can't train any higher. What do you guys think the minimum for a decent QB is?

I have every player above 15 Consistency, except a few old guys and a couple of Linemen.
