Ideally do you want short players with high bmi for your OL?

Also if you had tall DL players would that impair the oppositions QB vision?

Cheers

With the way they have described it so far, then you should always try to get tall players.

The tall players could impair the QB's vision, but I think a better solution is to find a tall QB instead of going with a short OL.

About the only thing that my current OL can do is chop block.

And seeing as there are no penalties in Grid Iron

They can always try Lookout Blocks. The Bears OL used it all the time earlier this season.
