Is it that your players aren't getting trained or are you just not getting a message with the skill increases?

I believe his trial supporter account ended and he thinks it's a pay to play only type deal.

Your players will still train. You just wont receive a message to tell you know has gained a skill.

if your question is "Can i see Training Tabs only if i'm a supporter?"
the answer is yes.

if your question is "Can Train player only if i pay?"
the answer is no, everyone train players as rules explain
