I was wondering how the special teams are composed ? Because I just notices my QB making a takle on a punt.... What is my QB doing in a special team ?!?!

I don't agree with this.

On punts and kick-offs it is P/K + Gx2 + 8 random (on punts it seems to be from the offensive line-up).

Punt and Kickoff returns is KRx2 + STCBx2 + 7 random (there is no way of knowing which players are the 7 random).

Ever seen a return go for a TD? It isn't possible, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. When the new engine hits us, this might change, but until then I wouldn't waste training points on it.

I actually think the admins screwed up and there are more than 11 players on kickoffs/punts. And it might be uneven, meaning 12vs13 or something. I can't prove this, obviously, but that's my suspicion.
