When it says my team's game is at 21:00 is that by New York time or my time zone or something else?

Something else. 21:00 is noon on the west coast of the USA. Adjust accordingly.

I live in Thailand which is 12 hours different than New York meaning I can just switch the P.M. to A.M. or A.M. to P.M.
