Okay I've been bouncing around these parts for a while now but I have never figured out this part yet. How do you increase a players team work stat? One of my starters who has been playing for years only has a team work stat of 1

Help a grizzled veteran figure out a simple thing like this please

I think its a poor name for that skill/function. They should have called it "coachability" or something.

Agreed. I recommended they change it to "Work Ethic" back in Season 3 I believe.

Either of those is much better. Teamwork as a skill is probably closer to team chemistry than actual teamwork.
