Where should I play my trainees that have outstanding strength, but are now short (less than six feet). Most were slated to be linemen, but since they wouldn't ever put on enough weight, I think they need to play elsewhere.

Linebacker, Strong Saftey, or Fullback would probably be my first options, in that order if they have good consistency. Although they might be even a little too short for LB's.

What is outstanding strength? 20/19? 18/17?

Strong side linebacker or fullback, cos they should do alright with 16 speed / 19 strength.

if you are looking at 17 speed / 18 strength, then middle linebacker, blind side defensive end, full back or even a power style running back.

Just wait until the admins tell you that all of your players are left handed, but that the game is played with right handed footballs.
