What do you guys consider about team work?
My idea is that it counts more for some positions than for the others.
It would be normal to be more important for a QB or a WR , positions that involves some coordination between team members than for DL.
Also to give some example, I have 2 quite similar QB. The one with higher team work seems to perform better.

Any opinions?

As far as the Admins teamwork only affects training not on the field play.
