Does Youth Academy also increase the chances of getting more intelligent players (>18 Int), or with a high talent star rating (>4.5)? What about consistency and teamwork?

read he help/facts again!
these trats are stapled to the players, like a hard bight on the ass.
the youth centre will accomodate more youth pulls. that is all. and i dont even have a youth centre
spend your money on your stadium first then training/fitness.
it would pay to read "spilling the beans" sticky by Jespernhor.

So, what you are saying is that ANYONE is able to get a 20 Int, 20 Cons, 5 star talent? Even a team in 81st division? I only asked because it seems kind of weird to me. I read the Help/FAQ, and the sticky, and (among other things) it said that constructing the Youth Academy will help you get 'better' quality players. To me, 'better' implies higher talent, right? It seems logical, right?
I guess I'll just hope that one day I'll get a good QB prospect...

By better, they mean higher starting skills. My guys can start with 7s, yours can start with 6s...it's not a huge deal. The main purpose is to be able to see the physical skills and get more choices. I get a 16 year old pretty much every week that has Speed and Strength in the low-to-mid teens already. I don't get higher anything else more often than anyone else, though.
