apologies from a not so newbie

after just getting to grips with the LAST game, now im struggling to learn whats going on.

I understand the whole height thing although why it has no bearing on catching i'll never know.

The BMI think is thown me a little.

Oline man a) 381 Lbs 6'6 with BMI of 44 spd 14 and str 12
Oline man b) 300 Lbs 6'8 with BMI of 33 spd 10 and str 15

If i have player a in the nutritional bt his strength goes up, yes?

basically the higher the BMI the stronger the player?

but the weaker speed and agility

therefore

the lower the bmi the higher speed and agility is but lower strentgh is,

height effects agility so player (a) will/can be more agile due to him being shorter.

The higher the BMI, the higher the strength cap. You still have to train strength to reach the cap.
