Agreed .. there's nothing wrong with a 20 point system .. if you so desparately need to look at numbers from 1-100, multiply everything by 5 ..

Who's dominating? Except for you ofcourse.

No-one is dominating. You could claim some teams that are 12-0 and still in the cup. Personally, that's not dominating. That's beating alot of bots and doing a little work in scouting your opponent (Generalising). So please tell me why you want to make it more complex, when you cannot even log-on for 5 minutes already

This game is based on alot of luck right now, as a lot of players are the same. And also, how do you know that only two skills are needed? Evidence?

Guru.

I think that if the game would become far more complex you would lose a great potential of new players, because they simply find it to hard to understand.

Than the game would only be playable for die hard Football fans, who eat, breath en sleep Football

As non football watcher i find it hard enough as it is

Me too.
I don't think that having a super complex American football manager is what the game creator are looking for. I am pretty sure that development team, like any dev. team for such a game, intends to have a great popularity for their game. Having something understandable only by the FA maniacs would definitely limit the target of users that enjoy the game (at least in non North-America countries).

So what I expect is a game with a consistent and coherent match engine and a healthy economy where someone can have multiple ways to succeed, no meter if it is a brilliant tactical decision given by a great knowledge of the game , very good managerial performance in the economical dimension of the game or even patience to raise good players from poor youngsters.

But when game will go harder, more things will be explained in FAQ and some threads on the forum, so don't worry harder game is not equal with losing players

Yeah it will, at least what i think.

I personally find it very boring to have to read a lot before i can get started. And i think that there will be more potential new users who feel the same.

Im here for the team managing aspect, not for the tactics aspect of the game.
I do the same for, cycling, basketball and soccermanager games, but that doens't have to mean that i watch all those sports in real life.

There schould be more ways to the top than tactics

Is there a road map anywhere of features, changes, improvements that the creators are planning on making?
