So bolstersam doesn't play for 8 weeks, comes back and within 3 days has made a rash of unsubstantiated assumptions and declared the game broken.

Well cancel my account then, he must be right

You obviosly didn't know what guru meant when he told me not to fuel the fire.
You even put in the eye roll. Ouch

Then I would suggest that the admins extingiush the fires when they start, rather than pandering to people crying for attention, and leaving the burning embers all over the forum waiting to reignite.

If it's a bug, put it in Bugs. If it's a suggestion, put it in Suggestions. If it's someone blowing air and clammering for attention.. lock and warn.
GLB didn't do any of this, and that's why their forums are like an enormous car crash. I've switched my time, efforts and money to GI and I don't want it to turn into that.
Inflammatory titles like this one have no place in any forum.

Maybe if merc or guru leaves you could be mod and make the decisions!

Woah, woah, woah!

Croverja, the message was aimed at you personally, through a private message. What did I tell you about not saying anything?

I said this to you because you bite, hard, on whatever some people say. Karma does not! And therefore, it is quite humerous and does not turn into a argument.

On the note of locking topics, I tend to let threads pursue for a little, and if they carry on, I will lock them. Usually, threads just burn out because people know that they are useless..

I was saying this to karma, because I know I can't get into an arguement with him! No harm meant! Sheesh, I can't say anything to anyone, I thought it was just two people...

I was serious, but not annoyed. If either of you two left, he could close this thread. He thought this thread had no place on the forum, I said be patient, and you and merc said that it might be like that right now. I did say in my first post that it was like that now. I also told him that if you were a mod you could close it, and I don't see what's wrong with that. It seems we all agree that this has been answered, and you might as well close it. I didn't use capitals or bold or anything...

eh... something like that. I looked over the game every Sunday, looked if my team won, (which we never did), looked at players on the market, and looked at the skills my players were getting.

In all honestly this is what I was really meaning. Numbers should be a bit higher. I mean to have it just go to 20 is odd. I guess a 15 or so right now is pretty good not really seen more in one skill then 16, but here is what I really meant.

Skills should go up to 100. Sort of like Madden or GLB or any of those football MMorpgs/video games. I mean then you can really tell how good players are and be able to set lineups accordingly. If you have an 86 speed WR I mean wouldn't that be a bit more appealing to look at then a 13?

You could really tell though what these players are good at with higher numbers and what skills they really need. That list was a big generalization of how I thought the games skills should be. Right now It's not fun to see your QB with 11 in throwing and then him have 3 vision, 5 strength, and 2 speed.

So here should have been my thesis statement

I believe the numbers in this game are too low and should be on a scale of 100 instead of 20 for the following reasons: easier to show where they can play, more appealing to look at, makes the game better to set lineups accordingly.

That might be a good idea, as you'd separate good long playing teams from new teams. Good idea!

An idea for the future I am sure.

When this game it's a bigger player-base, and players are approaching the 20 marks, I am sure that the Developers will raise the bar. An example of this would be Charazay.

What is so magical about a 100 point system? I don't think at all that it is any more pleasing to look at a range of 100 as opposed to a range of 20. Any calculations can be done by the system taking into account the fractions between the numbers.
