Okay I have my team. I have some bids for players. I am ignoring positions and moving them to where their skills seem to fit. I have my sponsor. I got the 500 seats that come with the stadium. Do I add 500 to other side or is it too soon? How many of what kind of seats do I add? Do I hire a coaching staff? Do I start adding a health facility? It seems to early for a shop so will ignore that for now. What do you think is best approach for building a winning team?

I think I pretty much understand the player evaluations. Any suggestions welcome. Also lastly, does the 4th down matrix mean I will always go for it on 4th down even on my own side of field? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Pretty much want you want.

I will advise you to build up the stadium though. Some kind of mix of all three kinds of seats is the best. And whatever you do , DON'T build on the side with the 500 for a while. If you do, you'll have a game with no fans there.

It would be wise to build up your Stadium. Executive seats pay back the quickest.
