Cool, thanks.

I'm relatively lazy, and often confuse that with patient. So it's likely i'll go for stadium first.

Cheers

start getting young 3.5*+ talent guys and start training up their fitness skills ready to take over from your older guys when they have capped and you have worked out where they should play if you havent already then check out jespernohrs spill the beans thread for in depth team building advice

I.e. should i continue to improve my stadium before I promote?

If not, what should i spend my new-found wealth on? I have full fitness stadium and coach. Should I start actually trying to find and/or train good players?

I would wait a while before spending large amounts of money on players, but if you've maxed out Exec/VIP seats you can shop around a little. I would plan on expanding your stadium during an upcoming two week period without a home game, however, and that should be coming up since no one plays games on Jan 1/2.

i wouldnt advise spending large amounts but buying up lots of cheap 16/17 year olds and firing any with less than 3.5* talent is a great way of getting the foundations set for a young team to take you up the last couple of steps to be competative at higher divisions

Thanks for the advice. I've been working towards that for a while and now have about 1/2 to 2/3s of a trainable team. It takes sooo long!

Good to hear that's a sensible target though, I can start being more aggressive with it now.
