Are all the teams randomly assigned positions in a massive bracket or is there some logic to it?

the cup is clearly not bracketed.. it seems to be a completely random draw after every round. i think viktor needs to say away from the happy juice

Hmm @ peter x = (y+1)! and y = (x+1)!

the cup uses a rng with a seed selected before it is run.
