I have a Cup match today versus a superior team, hence I need all the help I can get to pull off an upset. Two quick questions:

1) Starter LB has 4* BPOS but has been injured. His health is now "good" and the physio coach says that he is in the final phase of rehab and can play if really needed. Backup LB has 2.5* BPOS and "superb" health. Their skills are pretty much equal, so who should I start?

2) Is there home field advantage in the Cup? I happen to play at home, so I'd love a little boost.
