no voting this season i guess? buddy up with the current coach if you want any shot of coaching a WC team

You're absolutely welcome to put your name up and best of luck to you.

I'd like to think my qualifications extend beyond being endorsed by the incumbent, though.

I think you are missing the point... if from now on the torch is simply passed you best be buddies with the incumbent.

not saying in anyway you are not qualified

Wat

There's a re-election. Merc won't be running. It's just generally accepted that TP will get elected, though we're all free to run.

And as clint said a select few can easily (or with much difficulty I guess) challenge TP for the throne.

Other than Ilseum, who hasn't shown interest, TP has had the most US success. We like winning, ergo TP should win the election, barring Ilseum tossing his hat in the ring. I'm not anointing anyone, Nor do I or TP assume we speak for the American public at large. If it was based on relationships I've talked just as much with Jinto(where the heck has he been lately?), Buckeye and TFS. I could easily have tossed their name in the ring. Rivertommy and I have talked Strategy often as well, and I've made my respect for what Cro has done pretty obvious. I just want to win. I think TP can take us there. VOte whomever you choose.

I believe in STOO!

What?

....Too late for that?

....Won't be bringing his players over in the deal, you say?

I'd personally agree with you.

I think there are a whole bunch of managers in the US good enough to win it. All the ones you mentioned(as long as I was sober) could do it. Numerous others that weren't mentioned could. But I'm thinking TP will be the best choice next time around.
