What should i train for my newly picked rookie?

[Finland] Valtteri Lindfors (ID 125455)
Harjunsalon peräkylän pallo (Finland)
16 years old Wide Receiver

Positioning 5 Tackling 2 Punting 5
Vision 2 Blocking 5 Speed 13

He'd be a good WR or TE, if WR train catching, if TE blocking or catching, but everyone can use Vision, Positioning, and stamina

Lack of depth in wr i think ill keep him there but possibly can play him TE

I was using high training but now I can't get all my players back to 100 health. I even placed training on low low and their health still hasn't reach full potental. Can anyone help explain it real quickly thanks.

Just train low until you get your players' fitness as high as you deem neccessary. Then just train on Average....It saves having to change it every week by having Maximum, low, low, low etc....

And read the FAQ...."Training FAQ". Point 2 will explain it all.

Vision and Positioning are under Tactical and Stamina is under Fitness when you train.

The problem with training intensity level is, the volatility of the stamina gained.
If you train max-max in a row, some players stamina may drop 10%, but others may be at 80% at the same time. Thus you will have hard time to get them back to 100%.

If you use a max-avg-avg-avg-avg sequence of intensities. (So 3 or 4 avg sessions following 1 max session), the stamina level of your team remains well controlled close to 100%.
As soon as the stamina levels get back to 100% you may start over with a max session again.

Actually..., I use this method now. Tell me, what you think.
