upgrading fitness center

Hey guys,

i'm trying to do the upgrades on my fitness center but it doesn't allow me to select them. I'm sure i'm missing something ... but what?

all you have to do is click the facility and click the number that is in gray.

I thought so but it doesn't give me the 'click' icon when I try that. it makes me feel like i'm going crazy.

only 4 levels of upgrade. if you see the number 4, then you have maxed it


EDIT: the training hall has 4 levels, fitness center only has 2 levels

Unbelievably it is only the first upgrade. I just tried again and i noticed it doesn't give me the 'finger' option to 'select' ... if that makes sense at all.

Is it possible it might be a bug? I can't think of any other reason why it won't let me select?
