since you have no possiblility winning your division unless you score 4000 points in your last game. i'd player the lower TC player si he starts gaining more TC before next season starts.

On this note you should be playing all of your up and comers as you please when this is the case.

Actually, If I beat this guy then I move on (I beat him the first time, but lost to a bot )

Whatever you do, be sure to play the new guy in the friendly today..

Would you rather use a player who has high TC (Team Chemistry), or a higher game Rating?

Thanks

This question depends on the bpos and the tc's of the players involved. Each situation is probably a bit different. Give a specific situation and I'll take a stab at it.

Okay so my one QB has 19 intel 10 passing 3 vision 4.5 team chemistry and 3 bpos
my other QB has 4.5 bpos but wont have any tc this becaus ei just bouth him. He's got 10 passing 15 intel and 7 vision.

Who would you play?

I would play the 2nd guy since I think there is a big difference between 3 and 4.5 bpos. Also, if the higher bpos guy is your future, you really can't lose either way. To answer your question, they will probably play about the same right now, but since you stated the higher bpos guy is higher consistency, then that would be another reason to start him. You have a 3* bpos guy that will play with a 3% penalty and a 4.5* guy that will play with a 30% penalty. I would play with a 4.5* guy at 70% over a 3* guy at 97%, not including factoring the potential loss if your low con guy gets a bad roll

I have an other example were I dont know which player I should let play.

Player 1: 4* talent; 4,5 BPOS; 10 bl, 14 Str. (cap.); 15 Spe; 5 Food; 9 Con, TC 5*
Player 2: 3* talent; 2 BPOS; 8 bl, 16 Str. (cap.); 12 Spe (cap), 12 Con, TC 4*
Player 3: 3* talent; 1,5 BPOS; 5 bl; 18 Str. (Cap); 16 Spe (Cap), 18 Con, TC 2*

Which 2 players I should select and on which position they would have the most negative impact?

I will assume you are looking at offensive line and that the bpos you have listed are for the players OL positions. I would start players 1 and 2. I would start player 3 in friendlies or bot games and get his bpos capped at 4 so he could eventually replace player 2 in your starting line up. Then I would look to train or buy a player with higher strength and con (one with 4.5* bpos potential or higher) to replace player 1 in the future

well if the game is important to win you need to start player 1 & 2 but i would certainly be looking to replace them player 3 has some promise if you are ok with 3* talent..... personally with all the 3.5* talent or higher out there i see no need to settle for less than 3.5* but everyone has their own opinion

It ist very difficult to find players with more than 3* talent and good con. on the transfermarket. In the future I will replace all these players with own youth players with more talent. But to train them and raise their BPOS need may be 2 saisons.
I will go from Div V. up to Dic IV. and I don't want to demote next saison. So I have now to plan only for next saison.
With position would be okay for the player with only 14 Str? C oder G?

I would put player 1 at OT because of his higher speed/blocking and player 2 at OG. Again, I would look to get player 3 game time in friendlies and replace player 2 with him when he gets to 3.5 or 4*'s bpos.
