Thought admins stated this in ....any...thread.
I'll search for it with the manual searching engine later on.

Hopefully I haven't dreamt it some night

I'm still curious regarding the agility effects.

If agility now is a physical skill, does it still be a factor for the wage?

From my understanding: At the moment agility is a talent capped skill which can decide the amount of wage a player gets.

Like you have a player with agility 15 and all other skills below 15, you have to pay him like a "level 15"-Player.

Does this change now? As far as I understood there will be a penalty of some kind for agility, but up to now, nobody has stated something like that for his current roster.

So it might be, that the penality is only calculated at gametime?
How high is the penality?

With this update we treat Agility as a physical skill - in regards to being limited by BMI and not by talent. It is still taken into the wage calculation (we should have added strength and speed there as well but since it's that way from the start it will remain so).

Agility should be limited in the same way as Speed. So if speed is limited to 15, agility is limited to 15

So, agility will be treated as a physical skill in engine v2, but still will affect wages.

...because Rookie/Youth players always come with a salary discount

At season salary update they get a new salary based within the known ranges.

So the same skill-wages criteria exists thru every Division?

What incentive therefore has a lower league team to develop it's own youth when they are then forced to sell them just to stay afloat?

Could the wages not be staggered per league(skill) level or negotiated between the club & player, Player asks for "A", team offers "B", meet somewhere in the middle. If the team cannot afford the demands they miss out on the player. Probably need another new engine for that though

Same wages for every division like ticket prices etc. are the same ones.
What incentive a lower league team has? Well, that's the same as for every league: You can build your players for a special position with your skills-set-philosophy. Skills-sets used in GI are very different, e.g. OL: a) max primary skill (blocking) b)first max fitness skills out c) balanced skill-set from one level to the next (blocking, footwork, agility...)

Therefore, if you choose philosophy number one, to max out primary skills, you're right. You'll have fast increasing wages and will get into financial trouble in case your income isn't appropriate.

Build up your stadium. You'll never have moeny problems then.

The $250,000 you start with is enough to purchase 357 VIP seats. That is $39,270 in increased income from day 1. That triples your income in one hit, making $59,270 per game. I wish I did it when I started out many seasons ago.
