Pretty simple, how does promotion work through the leagues? Does a team have to finish top? Cheers.

Bottom 3 teams relegate to the division below them, unless you are in the lowest active division already

Take your division number, like V.19 and round any fractions up, so that would mean the winner of V.19 would go to IV.7.
