If a player caps below 12ish but has 4/5 talent (and in a low level league) , would you keep him or sell? BTW I dont have this player, just interested in case it every happens to me.

depends on his position.
examples given:
for a QB,OG,C low speed doesn't matter in my opinion.
if he caps in a primary, or important secondary skill (like speed for a WR, or strenght for an o-linemen) i'd dump him

speed for WR in GI is like Speed for QB IRL. it probably helps but not the game changer.

A WR with low speed can still catch the ball, his catches just don't result in quite as money yards from what I have seen.. In Div. V, I wouldn't call it important..

When u let the Qb decide, does he not throw almost an equal number of passes to all of them? What does he use his intelligence for? to remember how many passes he has thrown?
