I wasn't stating the +/- 2 IS applied post pool calculation ... I read the FAQ at least a dozen times, but what it says and what comes out of the system DON'T JIVE.

I was playing around seeing how I could try to make it fit ... At this point, I'm giving up and waiting until next week for more data. There seems to be some other undocumented randomization factor at play, and I was merely spit-balling at what it might be.



Pls check out the GIMS, which precalculates training progress too. I did the whole math inside that app by reading the FAQ only. And it matches. If the GIMS creates other results you could compare your math and the math of GIMS, it is open source.

I've run the math over about 20 of my guys now and what I've found is this.

The 50/35/15 applied correctly to all of them but one.

The 75/10/5 for "focus on" did not, in EVERY case however the math is fitting with a 75/15/10 scheme, ie. they aren't getting the 10% penalty applied correctly.

So I'm not complaining with a freebie 10% extra overall and it ALL matches up now except for that one ... and I'm going to assume that I simply slipped setting the training on him, from all skills to focus strength. 18/4/3 gain doesn't fit 50/35/15, but it matches perfectly 75/15/10.

End result - I get it now, and I will definitely be setting more "focus on" players for future training.

If that's the case you should take it the bug reports since thats deff now how its supposed to work.

Done. And thanks for the tip about GIMS, this will save the life of MANY, MANY innocent Excel spreadsheets.
