Ok, you need new players, but including youngster that are far from being ready for the task will not improve their development neither will help your NT. Our task as NT coaches is to find the most suitable players to play in the highest possible level, even if they are old or BOT players. If there is some space left on the squad we may add some young talents to scout them. I think you have made the wrong choice

I did complain there were no players, however there are some young players coming up but they have no business being in the national team yet. Sadly the best players for the job are the oldies, I think I only changed one or two players.

But it’s up to you.

Not sure if this is an attempt to deflect the accusation thrown in your general direction. But if you cannot find upcoming game details or group details from the nation teams home page, then you must be blind. Since these details are on the same national team webpage as the roster. I fail to see how you cannot find these details considering the time and effort you have put into the roster so far.

Not an attempt to deflect, at that time I genuinely hadn't looked any further than the 1st game.

I got 2 questions:

When ends the call-ups ?

The skills from an 45years player are consistent as the player was 30years? Or did they skill down ?

The admins were supposed to establish a date for the end of call ups... but I think it is in one week.

A bot team player is not affected by age issues and do not decrease those stats. But you can not be sure at what age that player went bot...

Yes, just scout them and if they are on a bot team, then no skills will ever change again. If the bot team is down to the lowest league though, when the team is taken over, any NT players will go to transfer wire and then retire if nobody picks them up after a couple tries. No warning on that, so if you're a NT mgr, you need to pay attention to the wire during world cup, especially the playoffs
