There are quite a few UK players with high salaries who play for for foreign teams. Maybe we should start scouting them?

If you scout them list them here and then the NT manager get the info when appointed (i'll start the ball rolling):

Harry Page - Kicker - Chile - scouted by oneknee

im good with using my scouts to help out but the issue is you cant tell anyone his stats without breaking the rules so we will need to work out a base minimum for each position and then scouting players and simply saying yes if they pass the requirements or no if they dont, the NT manager will then be able to compare them when he picks the team but we cant really do that till we know what te manager wants, for now i would advise doing what the americans are doing by collecting names, wages, BPOS and IDs for players around the world and storing them ready for when we know what we want

The rules actually say that the skills and scout reports can't be 'posted' which means on a forum (except in the transfer ads). Passing the info by pm between each other seems fine by me.
Or maybe this is another gray area where the admins are not clear.
Plus there is also the fact that the Italians seem to be posting skills and scout reports on their forum without any punitive action by admins.

I think the point about UK players at foreign teams has been missed here.
The managers of these teams will not help us by volunteering information about these players in a response to 'a base minimum for each position' because they will want their own national teams to beat us. It is not in their interest to help us. Hence the need to scout these players.
