Any players to add? thoughts on min talent?

Like i have previously said, i have a OLB 17 speed 19 strength uncapped, 12 tackling, but he is only 2* talent.

Talent? Depends how highly the NT manager values BPOS.
I like BPOS 4.5+ so a min. talent of 3.5.

Yeah thats what i mean, its everyones opinions, i mean i prefer 4.5BPOs also but he's very dominant for me, but don't know how he would get on on the national scene:p

Why not start at the top and work backwards? At the beginning say LB's must be 4.5 star talent, 4.5 stars bpos, 18 str, 18spd and 15 tackling. If we get 8 LBs that fit that then great, if not then drop the requirements slightly until the necessary number of players are chosen

Im afraid i have more foreign prospects in my team haha. Only what i do have is a 5* BPOS Cornerback, 20 CON, but has only 16 speed uncapped and 7 tackling, he's being worked on! think he could be a prospect if he doesnt cap soon.

Yeah me too, like i said hes uncapped at 16 so hopefully he keeps going.

Well i aim for every player to have green consistency, so 16+ but considering the amount of english teams, it means more english players are generated, so therefore there will be alot of players out there who have the high consistency, so we have a large pool to choose from and we should aim for, like oneknee says, as high first then work our way down.

then i have nearly nothing of value ever thats english on my roster except for my SF wo will be great at 19 con and 4.5* talent but he is nowhere near ready
