Thanks , unfortunately I only have access to the regional cup of North America. It would take almost double the research per region to get the information I used here. Feel free to Jump in with your own region though.

Yep, you can check what teams are in the Cup in any region from the standings page.

The question is of course time and motivation.

Well as the owner of the H-Town Indians it is nice to be mentioned in the top teams but I am pretty sure we are smoke and mirrors at this point. Faced quite a few bot teams and still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the game. Looking forward to some more cup games and how my team will fare.

UGH! Thanks but no thanks sir, It takes me two hours roughly for a fully fleshed 4 division region to look at all of the divisions and teams in the cup. I can't imagine trying to figure out a world wide list.

having said that, I plan on covering the AFLC next season with some game highlights and reports!

You already have the top 5 for most of the leagues, so you can just take the best 5 of all of the top 5s.
