After to have finish the 3500 VIP seats, I want to construct a batiment.
I like the young players and I prefer construct Youth Academy.
But Why is it advised to build at first the fitness center, except its cost of maintenance more low ?

Before doing anything you should probably expand your stadium. The fitness centre really doesn't mean anything unless you have level 20 fitness coaches. To get that, you need a lot of money.

Expand your stadium -> hire coaches -> build improvements other than more seats.

I'm not sold on the Youth Centre. It seems a lot of money to be paying every week when I, personally, am unlikely to sign young players all that regularly. Personally I'm going to go for fitness centre, club shop, training centre but probably not bother with the Youth one, certainly not any time soon.

The fitness center will help your entire team while the youth academy will obviously only help a select few future players on your squad so for newer teams with less money the better investment is probably fitness center. It is a guaranteed way to improve your club but the youth academy is more of a gamble because it might pay off or it might not.

Youth academy provides you with the following:

1. The chance for slightly better starting stats. No guarantee, just the chance.
2. Allow you to choose from more than 2 players. You don't get to choose more players, you still only get 1 each week, you just choose from 3 or 4 (depending on upgrade) instead of 2.
3. Allow you to see some of the player's stats. You can see up to 4 stats with full upgrades. Speed, Strength, Stamina, and Agility, (not in that order). All can be trained up, only speed and strength have unknown caps, so it's better to pay attention to these two stats over the other two.

With all that, you still don't know if what many consider the other important stats are any good: Intelligence, Consistency, Talent, and to a lesser degree Teamwork. All are untrainable and many managers will fire a player if these are low.

So, all told, you are looking at spending $1,370,000 for fully upgraded youth academy plus $20,000/wk maintenance for the chance that your youth pull might be slightly better than they have been.

The benefits of fitness center are explained pretty good above already so I'll just quickly refresh on them.

1. Helps all players on your team.

2. Improves players stats without increasing wages each season.

3. More useful if you have full fitness coaches.

4. Much cheaper, $350,000 initial cost for full upgrades, $2800/wk maintenance.

Of the facilities, the youth academy is the last one to get. And it won't really hurt you if you never get it.

With the latest upgrade to the academy, it does have some value now at least, but I'm still not sure it's worth the cost yet.

I would not get the youth centre...that I'll get when I can afford it...I see it as a luxury...it only reveals the physical attributes of a player.

Fitness, training then shop is I think how most managers go.

Coaches are nice to have at at least 10 before you build...e.g. Fitness Coach @ 10 then build the fitness centre...Other coaches @ 10 (in my case kicker coach has always been at 1) before you build the training centre.

hmmm, is it really important to hire the coaches first? Is there no benefit to the fitness center if the coaches are level 2?

It is because the fitness centre is based around percentages, so the better coaches the more bonus you get. Personally I would get a level 20 coach the day the fitness centre is done and fully upgraded.

True, but you get players with higher skills. (Highest 7, if Youth Center is full build)

The lotterie stays the same for Talent, Teamwork and Consistency
