in fairness those transfers looked very dodgy, and were the subject of much debate on the forums..

I have to agree on this - but we dont know if they dont fine such deals on a regulary base.

One hint: based on community rules you are not allowed to disclose content from pm, either from admin or from other users within the forum. Advise: just delete the relevant part and describe the situation in a neutral way ;-)

6. PM (PRIVATE MESSAGES) CONTENT

You are never allowed to make content from PMs public, regardless the content or sender, without having permission to do so. Especially you have normally no permission to forward content from mails received from game administration.

Theres a socialistic system in place that prevents teams in the top leagues from finding good and reasonably priced prospects. The workaround is to hire a scout from a lower division

People only say they're getting 4 star players for cheap. Those players could still have poor physical skills which is why nobody else bid on them.

As for the fine, the transfers seemed dodgy since it was 4 players all less than 100% going for a million each. That being said, the buying team spent over 800,000 on another player the same day so they were clearly in buying form regardless of price. Looking at the rules, the fine can come from listing the players at way over acceptable market value. I agree 100% that the lack of an appeal seems harsh although it does stop people wasting admin time with pointless appeals when they're clearly guilty. As for the other example of the team that overlists players every day I've no idea how they don't get punished...

Well I notice that the signature for this team Sparta Nijkerk reads the first manager to bid over 5m for a player. . and looking at his transfer history he has paid well over 1 Million on several players..

The rules state that:

Transfers that are, under the current market conditions, too high are considered to be unrealistic and are not allowed. What are the current market conditions? The prices the players reach can change over a period of time. So to evaluate if a transfer or a bid is legal, we need to examine the prices players with approximately the same attributes as the player in question reach at the time of the alleged unrealistic transfer and/or bid.

The market dictates the current asking price. . if no one pushes prices up then the market stays stagnent. . if I put a player on for 1 million to chance my luck and someone pays it. . then the market conditions tell me they are not un realistic. . if however they dont sell then you could consider the price unrealistic. . but lets be honest. . you can put a player on for a steal and no one will touch him .. something is only worth what others are willing to pay. .

I figure this Transfer rule is very subjective and to penalise someone without a fair hearing is asinine. .

"overlisting" is a relative term. I don't consider the player I have listed now as "overlisted" because that is what I feel an uncapped 4.5* talent is worth. Overlisting also should never be punished, as it's not breaking the rules. Now if a .5* talent 1 Intel guy SELLS for 200k to a team that has been in the game for a week, that's wrong. Those are the type of things I file cheat reports over.

Sorry mate, but I also was one of the ones who felt your friend's transfer were shady. They were definitely overpriced though..and the penalty is left to the Admin who can see all sides and I.P. addresses and the like that we cannot.
