Offer them friendlies, look in other div.5 leagues for teams that you could also play.

In friendlies this might give you a boost in winning, but it gives you nothing in game terms. So playing against experienced teams that play their reserves gives you a good income (if they have a decent stadium) but also an opportunity to build relationship that extend past the playing field and gives you people that you can ask for advice, tactics and smart tricks

yeah, game gets a lot more fun when you can play with other humans competitively.

have you been to the other forum 'Friendly Cups'
If you start a thread in there and invite other new users to join you in a league you start up.

you can have matches organised yourselves on the monday friendly slot.

if you want a hand setting it up, send me a message and wil be happy to help

She is in a friendly cup already, so my suggestion is to take all the good paydays and buy lots of VIP and EXEC seats and of course making a "newbie" thread is a good idea too. Keep training and you'll catch up soon enough
