Maybe another option for the future:

Implementing the option of a Head coach in the Staff section.

You can choose from 5 main attributes(like the normal staff would have):

-Defending
-Attacking
-Tactical
-Kicking/Punting
-Fitness training

For Example:
If your Head coach is specialized in Defending, the defensive players could receive a training bonus or tackling bonus during a match.

This way you can make a strategic choice of what your style of play will be. Are you gonna build a team with a strong defence or will your team have a coach who is a strategic mastermind who comes up with genius plays? This way you can build a team that fits your style of playing.

Don’t know if it’s possible but it’s just a suggestion and it can off course be ‘tweeked’.

I like that idea
