That section of the FAQ has not changed since I joined. And I do remember a large discussion about that shortly after I started playing with nobody knowing for sure which way it actually worked until admins spoke up in the thread and cleared it up.

So, I agree that it is confusing to new owners and should be cleared up.

Has it been placed in the '...engine breakthrough...' or '...Read this first...' threads?
