Definitely a QB unless you have a better player there already.

My starter has more talent and my backup is a year younger with only a little less consistency. So, I guess I'll be selling him.

fingers crossed you make good money...

Doesn't really matter. I've got tons in the bank right now with nothing to really spend it on.

You seriously selling him? that would be dumb.
Play him at LB. Speed isnt all that important at positions that need it like DB or WR so its definitely not that important for a LB. Str would help but its not gonna break your guy. Get high positioning, tackling and agility and youll be good

i think the biggest mistake new managers do is that they scap ALL their players and start over from new. Then they go out and have pointlessly high standards for new players (they always want perfect or near perfect attributes) to pick up. This game engine is clearly not that advance to see the difference between a 20 speed and 15 speed player. Most of the guys that are doing this have been stuck in DIII or lower for a while. You dont have to do that to make it all the way to the TD.

My advice is simply run with what you have and add as you go. Thats what i did. Went from D.V to TD in 4 seasons.

I think I'll make this guy my backup QB and move my backup to LB.

Sounds good. You'd be hard pressed to get fair value for him right now anyway.

Good luck!

Can I see the Physical Caps only with a Supporter-Account or is there an other posibility?

No, supporter account is the only way. Otherwise you have to track the training over a period of about 4-5 weeks to see if they are capped. If they are capped, they will not go up. It helps to focus on either speed or strength for 4-5 weeks to be able to properly tell if they are capped or not

That 4-5 weeks will be longer if you don't have full fitness coaches and/or fitness center.

Actually, if you have full fitness coaches and fully upgraded fitness center, and you focus on Speed or Strength, you should know if you are capped in 3-4 weeks (4 weeks in most cases).

Right, it will take upwards of 10+ weeks to know if you're capped without facilities/staff with the fitness center and full fitness coach, it shouldn't take more than 5 weeks when focusing:
(1+10+20)*1.2= 37.2-3.72= 33.48*.75= 25.11 points per week(+-2)

Which does make fitness the most time-consuming training at about 4.75 skill points per season when focusing..
