Selling your stadium is not a solution to financial problems. It would not make sense to sell your best income asset.

In your case the best way to fix your economic problems seems to be trimming the roster. Fire those you can't sell and sell some starters. You have a lot of players you have to pay for and your stadium isn't all that big. So get rid of some players, expand your stadium and then start expanding your roster.
