My way of looking at things like that is, to win it you're going to have to beat the best anyway. It doesn't matter to me if it's round 1 or the finals if I win.

But I do agree that with all the money that is on the line from ticket sales and advancing one round, everyone should be given equal opportunity. I'm not also not sure how they could seed something as big as regional cup.

Yeah, and I'm not sure if I wouldn't be one of them complaining. Luckily I've gotten a lot of bots, but if I, as league leader, had to face and get knocked out by another league leader in the first 2 rounds while an 8th place team got a bot, I'd probably be annoyed.
