it depends on what your training generally focus train anything except tactical, kicking and fitness unless you need to work on say strength specifically for a lineman etc...

question about training : as the season is almost over, no matter for me to win or lose, i decided to train (intensity) at maximum. in a way, i "sacrify" my games to maximize the training for the future.

what do you think about that, is it a good option or am i wrong?

you will end up having to train lower before the start of next season just to get back what you loose... so will loose out in the long run anyway...

what i may suggest is, train them harder until all players are about 90 % (make sure to have the training rest setting lower than that) then set them on normal training... they will gain 1-2 % each weak, then back to 98-100% across the board, do the same again... will give you a little boost every 4 or 5 weeks probably...
