Today will definitely not be awesome.

My grandpa died 18 years ago today. Didn't really know him(I was a month shy of 5 years old when he died), but I do have some memories of him and they're all great.

What a range of emotions for my entire family the last 2 days.

One cousin had a baby yesterday. Pure joy, nothing better than holding a little 4 hour old baby.

Then today we find out that another cousin was in a car accident and broke her hip, pelvis, and tailbone. Thought she was gonna need surgery. Of course everyone was worried. So here we were excited and worried at the same time. Then we find out that no surgery is needed, just a lot of rest and rehab.

All in all I'd say a pretty good 2 days, all things considered. But now I think we're ALL exhausted.

Congrats on the family addition and all the best to your cousin, hope she'll be better soon!
