Hi everybody !
I'm a newbie on grid iron and i learn the football and I have some questions about formation:

Offense: are there a "default formation" ? For example, I play with only one TE and two RB (fullback and halfback). It's better to play with two TE ? For OL, what's the difference between Offensive Tackle and Offensive Guard ?
Defense: I play with 4 DL, it is enought ? For the SF, what's the difference between Free safety and strong safety ?

Thanks pour your answers. Sorry for my stupid question and my bad english.

There is no real default formation...I would start with something like

WR TE OL OL OL OL OL WR
............QB
............FB
............HB

and

DE DT DT DE
CB OLB MLB OLB CB
.......SS/C
FS/R FS/L

If you expect lot of rush against you use the Strong Safety, Lots of pass the Free Safety is moree useful

Ok thanks you. And other question, what the difference between Fullback and Halfback ? What's the principal competence for this two position ?

The fullback is normally kind of a pass protection for the QB, the halfback or tailback is the rusher.

And the Fullback can also be the lead blocker for the Halfback on rush plays.

Tackles protect the quarterback so put your best blocking/strength guys here. Center is in the middle of the lineman and helps blocking on plays up the middle. Guards help with plays to left and right.
