I have the same notice than the first post. I played two games, and most of my players have their évaluation decrease. I don't understand with, and i don't know what to do for avoid that.

That is normal, easiest way to describe it would be a player's energy decreasing over the course of the game

I read in the rules, the météo is important for the tactics. But I have not found the indication of méteo (just when the match is over ).
