I'm a recent college graduate (Dec. '11) looking for some part time work. My lease at my apartment doesn't run out until the end of July and I don't want to move away just yet (closest job I can get with my major is a 1.5hr commute) because many of my friends are still in this podunk college town. Also looking for full time work starting in May or later.

Why is it so flippin' hard to find any work or any kind? I've applied almost everywhere in town and haven't gotten called in for any interviews

SAP has been the bane of my life recently (probably not your fault to be fair). Sales office based now after army service.

Heh. Sorry to hear that. Companies perhaps sometimes choose SAP when for whatever reason it's a poor package choice for their business model. Maybe like taking a Ferrari off-roading then complaining when you're stuck up a mountain.

I could write a book....

I'm no gynaecologist, but I'll take a look.

I am the lead designer at a metalworks manufacturer. <---this emoticon is a pretty accurate self-portrait of what this job has done to me.
