I like your post .. but i have a question ...
Game rules told about 42.000 average persons of affluence for each game in IV DIv. Match Engine have some % for span affluence in each sector (normal, exec,vip) depending on Div, position in Div, meteo, past matchs results...
So i think if we build all 9000 exec seats, we may see many of them empty .. although affluence is less of 40.000 person.

What do you think about?

I think that as it stands now 42k people are coming to the match and will pay anything to see the exciting brand of football coach wyrdcoax puts on the field! No mention of tiered attendance yet.
