no cup games as i was already out when i joined i know the game numbers are correct as it was the games i had left till the end of the season after i bought him and was shocked at his progress as was mentioned in another thread somewhere (no idea where) at the time
as far as im aware no1 really knows but most assume it is completely random which is what i will believe until i hear otherwise from the admins *nudge nudge wink wink*

I have a guy with 4.5 as DL, want to switch him to LB for his high int, he played already 10 matches as LB and he is still 0.5 as a LB.

Check the positional rating for your dl-Qb at DL and Qb
The current positional rating is 2.0 (actual rating between 1.75 and 2.25) at DL
So your player will get conwerted to QB after he has a positional rating at QB higher than at DL ( howewer he plays better at QB as his positional rating at QB keeps increasing and his positional rating increases with each game he plays)


Hypothetically if his positional rating at DL was greater than 2.5 , he would hawe needed more playing time to conwert to Qb than he is gonna take now
