the regional cups will be drawn a fw weeks into the season (when exactly depends on which region and how many humans in it lol)

you will be in it automatically..

you can also try and find a friendly cup to join, those take place when you normally have a friendly (hence, friendly cup) and are unofficial, organized by the players... ther are quite a few running, but i think alot of them are starting next monday so your late for those, but there are always one or 2 starting up every few weeks, just keep your eyes open in the forum... and keep playing friendlies until you decided to enter a friendly cup...

your automatically entered into the regional cup and the 1st draw will be done soonish, i believe the 1st round is played in week 3 of the season
