What about WR BPOS rating and catching skills? BPOS is a big factor in considering young players as it is the slowest to develop (unless you don't plan to use them as starters for a long while).
Teamwork for pace of development?
I always consider speed and strength in relation to stamina?

stamina dosent cap, so long term its not an issue as i can train it to whatever i like lol, BPOS etc will all increase all are low at the moment.

same with catching etc, its low, but its a trainable skill, so long term im not bothered about where it starts... if that makes sense?

Understood, but these attributes are all still a factor to consider because they are relevant to the pace of a players development.
For example, say if one of those players has teamwork of 20 then that's a big plus.
Or another rookie has say catching of only 1-2 and stamina of 1-2 and low teamwork then long term that's still a big minus even if he has high talent.
Or in a division with lots of human managers then playing a low BPOS player is a risk and wouldn't get many games other than friendlies on my team. So his BPOS is going to take a real long time to reach a competitive level.
And the rate of development of young players is going to be increasingly important as the wages of our best players begin to ramp up.
It will be interesting to see how many 'players in training' teams will be able to afford when their starters have maxed their skills.
