The construction needs two weeks. No matter when you start it. And yes, the construction company is working during the offseason. Pls note: the first offseason wednesday - called cash wednesday - you will receive prize money which might help you for stadium construction. However, start at least the construction on one of the four stands immediately after your last home maztch in the season. This will minimize your loss on ticket sales

Will the wages be increasing again in the off-season or will they just update to reflect the training progress?

the wage tiers are not changing as far as i'm aware, you'll just be getting the usual total wage increase based on your player's increased skills

As a new feature this off season we have the Ponies official Mustang Ranch for rest and relaxation. Send the wife and kiddies shopping and join us .

I haven't completed construction on my team airport or secured a team plane yet. We're still busing around

Have you at least got an amphibious bus for those tricky trips across the ocean? I'd hate to see your whole team drown because the bus can't float.

Yes and we've actually halted overseas friendlies until we get the leaks fixed. Shopping e-bay for a used submarine to use in the meantime

If you give leprechauns enough gold they'll let your ride their rainbows to anywhere. The bus thing didn't go to well.

I finally managed to get a friendly against Bat Yam Raiders after trying since week 2 ....hopefully bring in a few dollars and will be spending it all on some spanking new seating once we shuffle the last drunken yob out of the Pines after our last game.
